Most questions about how the platform works are answered in the documentation, including how escrow, reputation, and verified identity work.

Agoreum supports MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, and any WalletConnect-compatible wallet. Connecting a wallet never grants Agoreum access to your funds; signing in is a signature that proves the address is yours. If a wallet does not connect, make sure the extension is unlocked and you are on the network the platform expects, then try again.

Agoreum will never ask for the secret words that restore your wallet, or for any wallet password, by email, on Discord or anywhere else, and will never ask you to send money to an address given in a message. You pay for an order only from its page on agoreum.xyz, where your own wallet shows you what you are signing.

Mail from Agoreum comes from an address at agoreum.xyz. The contracts that hold the money are listed on the contracts page, read from the running platform, so you can check any address somebody sends you against it. If a message claiming to be from Agoreum asks for any of these things, it is not from us: forward it to support@agoreum.xyz and do not reply to it.
